CONTENT

Domain Names are not included in our design fees.   However, we do setup the domain for you if we purchase it for you. If you already have a domain name, you may be responsible for connecting your domain name. Please provide three possible names you would like for your website in case your domain is are already taken. 

We primarily use Godaddy or Wix for hosting, domain, website builder services.  You must pay all these fees upfront in order to start your website project, no exceptions.  These fees DO NOT include WRCS design fees.

No job is too big, too small, or unfulfillable…
Honesty is key with any relationship.  For jobs of larger scale or tight deadlines, we’ve aligned our studio with a strong network of specialized professionals and other fantastic creatives to service your needs.

PROOFING

A "proof" is a preview of your print-ready file or website, allowing you to examine and confirm layout, text and content before your order goes to press. Please read over your proof carefully to avoid any errors (spelling, wrong contact information, etc.) on print items or websites. We rely on your thorough inspection of the proof to detect and correct errors. Websites will not be published or orders will not go to press until we receive your emailed or signed approval proof.  This is for your protection as well as ours. As electronic files are transferred over the internet, they can become corrupted, fonts substituted, images swapped, etc.

We don't want you to receive any surprises when you receive your final printed product, so please take the time to thoroughly inspect the proof before you give your approval. Please, don't hesitate to contact us with any questions!  Your email/signature releases WRCS from all responsibility for errors and omissions on a print item or website. If the item has already been sent to print, we cannot stop production. We will be more than happy to reprint an item, but you will be charged the full print cost for the additional print job, as your proof approval indicates release to print.

WRCS has the right to refuse service to anyone; at anytime.

REFUNDS

Please be mindful that no refunds will be given for deposits.  We take the time to provide amazing customer service {which takes time and is initially free} and to provide you with a product in a timely manner.  Also, in creating any graphic or personal creation; there are limits to revisions.  If additional revisions beyond reasonable requests are needed {which usually isn't}, extra costs will be charged depending on the amount needed.    

DETAILS

Just like you were in grade school you are not allowed to plagiarize!  Well, did you know that it’s illegal to copy another website's text and use it on your own site.  Make sure that your website content is yours. Please make sure that any images you provide to us are either owned by you or you are authorized to use them.  Don’t forget good resolution!

ORGANIZATION

We need to keep everything in black and white, preferably via emails.  We work with lots of clients and this helps us stay organized and efficient.  Working within this system it helps eliminates any hiccups; we can always have a vital reference point, unfortunately phone calls cannot.  When working in a creative industry it's very important to be as precise as possible.  But, who’s perfect! 

WORKFLOW

The workflow at WRCS is managed though a simple Project list ideology.  This system foregoes the complexity of project management for us.   We work with up to 3-5 newcomers and/or returning clients each week.  WRCS’s project list stays full, and we typically book about 3-4 or more weeks in advance.   We work on the famous idiom “First come, first served basis; we maintain first paid (deposit) clients will be first served method, to keep everything 100% fair.   If your payment for your deposit isn't made in a timely manner or arranged accordingly, your project date can change.

CONNECTING
Following an initial phone or email chat to determine if we are a good fit for your needs and budget, we will request your confirmation email stating that you have read, understand and that you agree to these terms/policies.  Otherwise you have made an agreement to these terms and conditions to these policies by paying your deposit/invoice prior to your project or providing content materials.

LATE FEES

Any invoice not paid within 30 days will be charged a 10% late fee every 30 days past due.

CONTENT

Clients must provide their own content in an orderly fashion. Clients will need to provide specific information that they would want to include on their website or material. Information such as photos, company history, contact information and other information should be provided as the project progresses.  If you need basic content written, there will be an additional per page cost.

DEPOSITS & MAKING PAYMENTS 
Each project is different from the next, and we treat it as such during our estimating. All creative & graphic designs will require a 50% deposit to mark your spot onto our project list and to start your project. Final balance due prior to completion of project (launching website to live server, sending print design items to print, or providing digital files) We take designing seriously and work hard to provide you with a quality design. 

  

HOSTING

Web Hosting is not included in our design fees. The hosting through a registrar or hosting company of choice or suggested by the client can be set-up yearly.
